We can ship to virtually any address in the UK via courier or Royal Mail, whichever service offers the best value at the time. Note that there may be restrictions on some products, and some products may not be able to be shipped to international destinations.
We have used a standard price for shipping on the checkout page which is a fair indication of the cost of postage and packaging to us. On occasion we will indicate a price for a product which will have free p&p as we deem appropriate.
Shipping of goods will take place within 3-4 days of your order depending on volume of sales and stock levels. If we can send it out earlier than this we will do so, but please do let us know if you require the item in a hurry so that we can prioritise it for you.
We have a policy of recycling boxes where we can as this helps the environment and keeps our costs down. Therefore we will use any appropriate size box to send your product to you so long as it is sturdy and protects the item concerned. All efforts will be made to protect your product with recycled waste paper as needed.
You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). However, if you decide to return the item to us as unwanted then you will be required to cover the shipping costs back to us.
You must check your item within 48 hours of delivery. Once the item has been returned to us and checked you should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, either email us at email@example.com or, if you have an account with us, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
